The short answer
Water hardware leads the complaint list on these cabinets - ice makers, dispensers, filters and drains - followed by airflow and defrost faults that present as one compartment warming. Access rather than the part is what makes a built-in repair expensive.
What owners report, and where each is covered
- Fresh food warming while the freezer stays cold — Airflow or defrost. The not-cooling page ranks the causes.
- Poor ice, hollow cubes or no ice at all — Usually the water supply chain. See the ice maker page.
- Water under the drawers or on the floor — Blocked defrost drain, most often. The water-leak page separates the circuits.
- Buzzing, clicking or rattling — Many are normal. The noise page sorts them.
- A cabinet that is dark, or lit and not cooling — Two branches, both on the will-not-start page.
- Doors sweating or not sealing — Alignment and gaskets, on the door and seal page.
Problem classes in frequency order
- Water and ice hardware — First on cabinets with dispensers and ice makers: filters, valves, fill tubes and drains.
- Airflow and defrost — Second, and it presents as uneven cooling rather than as a dead cabinet.
- Doors, gaskets and alignment — Third, and usually reported as sweating or high run time.
- Noise — Fourth, and a large share of it turns out to be normal operation.
- Electrical and control — Fifth: sockets, relays and boards.
- Sealed system — Last, least common and never owner work.

Standing precautions
Safety
Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker before removing any panel. A capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off. Close the water supply before disturbing any fitting, get help before moving a built-in or loaded cabinet, and treat the sealed system as licensed work in every case.
What is owner work here
Changing filters, flushing the defrost drain, cleaning condenser coils, levelling the cabinet, washing gaskets, thawing a frozen fill tube and running a manual defrost are all owner work, and between them they resolve most complaints on this list. Anything behind the freezer rear panel, anything at the compressor and anything on the sealed system is a service call. On a built-in cabinet, moving the appliance is itself a task worth leaving to somebody equipped for it.

A generalized hub
Written across Electrolux refrigerator families and formats rather than for a model line, so it names problems and routes rather than instructing. Where a family-specific or model-specific page exists it is the more precise answer and the pages below link onward. Not here: part numbers, service-mode sequences, sensor values and the differences between single and dual evaporator platforms.
