EasyBear is a professional appliance repair company that provides in‑home repair, diagnostic, installation, and maintenance services through our team of qualified Service Professionals ("Technicians"). Our Technicians operate under the EasyBear brand and are vetted through our screening process.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We may collect:
- Account Information: name, email, phone number, password (hashed), and profile details.
- Booking Information: service address, appliance/service details, images/videos, notes, scheduling preferences.
- Communications: messages, emails, support tickets, and records of calls (where permitted).
- Provider Information: business name, EIN/SSN (as required), license/permit info, insurance certificates, payout account details (tokenized through payment processors), background screening consents where applicable.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
We may collect:
- Device and Usage Information: IP address, device IDs, browser/app details, pages viewed, clicks, logs, and diagnostic data.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: cookies, pixels, and local storage.
2.3 Payment Information
Payments are processed by third‑party Payment Processors. We typically receive payment status, tokenized payment identifiers, and limited details necessary for dispute/refund/chargeback handling. We generally do not store full payment card numbers.

- Our Technicians to enable them to perform Services you request.
- Customers as needed to complete a booking (e.g., Technician name and estimated arrival).
- Payment Processors to process payments and related actions.
- Vendors/Service Providers for hosting, analytics, security, communications, and customer support.
- Legal/Compliance to comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights and safety.
- Business Transfers in connection with mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or asset sales.

4.1 SMS/Text Messaging Data
