1. Service Pricing
- EasyBear provides transparent, upfront pricing for all Services.
- After an on‑site diagnosis, your Technician will present a quote for your approval before any paid work begins.
- The quoted price will not increase without your express consent. If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, you will be notified and must approve the revised price.
- Diagnostic visits are complimentary — if you choose not to proceed with the repair, you pay nothing.
2. Service Fees
EasyBear may charge service fees for items such as processing, administrative support, rescheduling, cancellation, or other service-related costs. If service fees apply, we will disclose them before checkout.
No hidden mandatory fees: If a fee is mandatory for a transaction, it will be shown before you confirm payment.
3. Cancellation and No‑Show Fees
If you cancel a confirmed booking with insufficient notice or fail to provide access for a scheduled visit, a cancellation or no‑show fee may apply. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm your booking.
4. Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with a Service or a warranty issue arises, EasyBear may provide a re‑repair, partial refund, full refund, or service credit as described in our Warranty Policy and Dispute Resolution Policy.
