Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the EasyBear website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions and the Service Provider Terms.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. EasyBear reserves the right to update this AUP at any time; material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
1. General Prohibitions
You agree not to use the Service to:
- engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive;
- harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or discriminate against any person on the basis of race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic;
- impersonate another person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, worms, or other harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, or data;
- scrape, harvest, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without prior written permission;
- post, upload, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, infringing, or otherwise unlawful;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure; or
- engage in chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or any attempt to obtain Services without proper payment.
2. Platform-Specific Rules
2.1 Booking and Scheduling
When using the booking system, you agree not to:
- submit false or misleading information about the appliance, its condition, or the service location;
- conceal known hazards, safety risks, or access restrictions;
- book appointments you do not intend to keep; or
- create multiple accounts to circumvent cancellation fees or booking restrictions.
2.2 Reviews and Ratings
When submitting reviews, ratings, or feedback, you agree not to:
- post reviews for services you did not receive;
- submit false, fabricated, or misleading reviews;
- offer or accept compensation in exchange for reviews; or
- use reviews to make threats, personal attacks, or discriminatory statements.
2.3 Chat and Messaging
When using in-app chat, SMS, or other messaging features, you agree not to:
- send unsolicited commercial messages or spam;
- share personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent;
- transmit content that is threatening, abusive, or harassing; or
- use messaging features for purposes unrelated to your service request.
3. AI Interaction Rules
EasyBear uses artificial intelligence systems, including voice AI, SMS-based AI, and chat-based AI, to assist with scheduling, service inquiries, and customer support. When interacting with these systems, you agree not to:
- attempt to manipulate, deceive, or exploit AI systems to obtain unauthorized information or actions;
- use prompt injection or similar techniques to override system instructions;
- attempt to extract proprietary system prompts, internal configurations, or confidential business information;
- use AI interactions for any purpose other than obtaining legitimate service-related assistance; or
- record, republish, or redistribute AI-generated responses for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Content Standards
All content you submit, upload, or transmit through the Service ("User Content") must comply with the following standards. User Content must not:
- infringe any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property right;
- violate any right of privacy or publicity;
- contain any information you know to be false, inaccurate, or misleading;
- contain any material that is illegal or promotes illegal activity; or
- contain advertising, promotional material, or spam not authorized by EasyBear.
5. Enforcement
EasyBear may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take any action it deems appropriate, including the following enforcement tiers:
- Warning. For a first or minor violation, we may issue a written warning describing the prohibited conduct and requesting that you cease the activity.
- Temporary Suspension. For repeated or more serious violations, we may temporarily suspend your access to all or part of the Service, with notice of the reason and duration.
- Permanent Termination. For severe, repeated, or egregious violations, we may permanently terminate your account and access to the Service without prior notice where permitted by law.
We may also report violations to law enforcement where we believe a violation involves illegal activity.
6. Appeal Process
If your account has been suspended or terminated under this AUP and you believe the action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing legal@inbound.easybear-appliancerepair.com within thirty (30) days of the enforcement action. Your appeal should include:
- your full name and account email address;
- a description of the enforcement action; and
- an explanation of why you believe the action was made in error.
We will review appeals and respond within ten (10) business days. Our decision on appeal is final.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us at support@inbound.easybear-appliancerepair.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate as appropriate.
