EasyBear respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how to submit a copyright complaint and how we respond.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to:

Subject: DMCA Takedown Notice

Your notice must include:

  1. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  2. identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Platform;
  3. your contact information;
  4. a statement that you have a good‑faith belief the use is not authorized; and
  5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf, plus your electronic/physical signature.

2. Counter‑Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter‑notice with:

  1. identification of the removed material and where it appeared;
  2. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the removal was a mistake;
  3. your name, address, and phone number;
  4. consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or Delaware if outside the U.S.); and
  5. your signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
