EasyBear, Inc. ("EasyBear", "Company", "we", "us") is committed to transparency about how we use artificial intelligence ("AI") in our operations. This AI Disclosure explains how AI technology is used across all of our communication channels, the limitations inherent in AI systems, and the risks you should be aware of when interacting with our services.
By contacting EasyBear through any channel — including phone calls, live chat, SMS/text messages, email, web forms, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this AI Disclosure.
1. We Use AI Across All Communication Channels
EasyBear uses artificial intelligence systems to handle all customer-facing communications. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Phone calls — both inbound and outbound calls are answered and initiated by AI voice agents, not human operators.
- Live chat — all chat conversations on our website and any messaging platforms are conducted by AI, not human agents.
- SMS and text messages — all text message responses and outbound texts are generated and sent by AI systems.
- Email — all email replies and outbound email communications are composed and sent by AI.
- Web forms and booking systems — automated responses and follow-ups are generated by AI.
- Any other communication channel we may use now or in the future.
EasyBear does not employ human operators, customer service representatives, or live agents on any communication channel. There is no option to be transferred to, or to request a conversation with, a human representative during any interaction.
2. Human Oversight
While all direct communications are handled by AI, EasyBear maintains human oversight of its operations. Our team members:
- Review summaries and reports generated from customer interactions.
- Listen to recordings of phone calls for quality assurance purposes.
- Read chat transcripts and email logs to monitor service quality.
- Evaluate AI performance and adjust settings, instructions, and training data as needed.
- Make business decisions regarding scheduling, dispatch, pricing, and service delivery.
However, this review occurs after the fact and does not involve real-time human participation in your conversations. Humans do not intervene in, monitor, or moderate your interactions with AI as they happen.
3. AI Limitations and Risks
You should be aware of the following inherent limitations and risks associated with AI-generated communications:
3.1 Inaccurate or Incorrect Information
AI systems may generate responses that contain factual errors, outdated information, incorrect pricing, inaccurate scheduling details, wrong technical advice, or other inaccuracies. AI may present incorrect information with the same confidence and tone as correct information, making errors difficult to detect.
3.2 AI May Misrepresent Itself as Human
Despite our instructions and configurations, AI systems may, on their own initiative:
- Present themselves as a human being, using first-person language, human names, or personal anecdotes.
- Fail to disclose that they are an AI when asked directly.
- Create the impression that you are speaking with a human employee of EasyBear.
- Use emotional language, empathy, or conversational patterns that mimic human behavior.
We configure our AI systems to identify themselves as AI. However, we cannot guarantee that AI will consistently follow these instructions in every interaction. AI behavior is probabilistic, not deterministic, and may deviate from its programmed instructions without warning.
3.3 Failure to Follow Our Instructions
AI systems operate using large language models and other machine learning technologies that we do not develop, own, or fully control. While we provide instructions, guidelines, and constraints to these systems, the AI may:
- Ignore, override, or contradict instructions we have provided.
- Generate responses that conflict with our company policies.
- Make commitments, promises, or guarantees that EasyBear has not authorized.
- Provide advice or recommendations outside the scope of our services.
- Respond in ways that are inappropriate, irrelevant, or nonsensical.
3.4 Unauthorized Commitments
Any commitments, promises, price quotes, warranties, guarantees, timelines, or representations made by AI during a conversation are not binding on EasyBear unless separately confirmed in writing by an authorized human representative of the Company. This includes but is not limited to:
- Price estimates or quotes
- Appointment times or scheduling commitments
- Warranty terms or coverage claims
- Service guarantees or outcome predictions
- Refund or cancellation terms
- Any statement regarding the qualifications or certifications of service providers
3.5 Hallucinations
AI systems are known to "hallucinate" — that is, to generate plausible-sounding but entirely fabricated information, including fake facts, nonexistent policies, invented technical specifications, and fictitious references. EasyBear is not responsible for hallucinated content generated by AI systems.
3.6 Data Interpretation Errors
AI may misunderstand, misinterpret, or incorrectly process information you provide, including your name, address, appliance model, description of the problem, preferred scheduling times, or other details. Always verify that AI has correctly understood your information before relying on it.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EasyBear DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, COST, OR EXPENSE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
- Any inaccurate, incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information provided by AI systems.
- Any action you take or decision you make in reliance on AI-generated communications.
- AI systems failing to identify themselves as artificial intelligence.
- AI systems deviating from, ignoring, or contradicting instructions provided by EasyBear.
- AI systems making unauthorized commitments, promises, or representations on behalf of EasyBear.
- Any technical malfunction, error, or failure of AI systems.
- Any delay, interruption, or unavailability of AI communication systems.
- Any emotional distress or confusion caused by interactions with AI systems.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU INTERACT WITH AI SYSTEMS AT YOUR OWN RISK. EasyBear provides AI-powered communication as a convenience and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated response for any purpose.
5. No Professional Advice
AI-generated responses do not constitute professional, technical, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. Information provided by our AI regarding appliance repair, electrical systems, gas appliances, water connections, or any other technical matter is for general informational purposes only.
For any situation involving a potential safety hazard — including but not limited to gas leaks, electrical issues, water damage, or fire risk — do not rely on AI-generated advice. Contact your local emergency services (911) or your utility provider immediately.
6. Third-Party AI Providers
EasyBear uses AI services and technologies provided by third-party companies. We do not develop, own, or maintain the underlying AI models, and we have limited control over how these models process information and generate responses. Our AI providers may update, modify, or change the behavior of their AI models at any time without notice to us, which may affect the quality, accuracy, or character of AI-generated communications.
7. Recording and Monitoring
All communications with EasyBear — including phone calls, chat sessions, SMS exchanges, and emails — may be recorded, stored, and reviewed by our human team for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and operational improvement. 8. Your Responsibilities
When interacting with our AI systems, you are responsible for:
- Verifying all information provided by AI, including pricing, scheduling, and technical details, before making decisions based on that information.
- Not relying solely on AI-generated advice for matters involving personal safety, health, or significant financial decisions.
- Reviewing official documents — including your booking confirmation, service agreement, invoice, and warranty terms — rather than relying on verbal or chat-based AI statements.

9. Regulatory Compliance
EasyBear endeavors to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the use of artificial intelligence in customer communications, including but not limited to:
