How soon can you come?

Same-day service is available in both markets, subject to technician availability. Most booking windows show a next-business-day slot; emergency calls usually fit into today's schedule when you book before early afternoon.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email or text, or reply to the confirmation SMS. Same-day changes are easier when we hear from you before the tech is en route.

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes. No service-call fee, no trip charge, no minimum. The technician inspects the appliance, writes you a quote, and you decide. If you say no, you owe nothing.

Why don't you publish prices on the website?

Because the same symptom can mean very different repairs. We won't quote blind. The diagnostic is free so we can give you an honest, specific number after seeing the appliance.

Do you ever charge for just the visit?

No. The diagnostic visit is always free whether you proceed with the repair or not.

What's your warranty?

Every repair is covered for 90 days from the repair date. If the same part fails within the window, we return, re-inspect, and make it right with no invoice. Full detail at /warranty.

What if the appliance has a different problem later?

A new problem is a new job, but the diagnostic on the follow-up is still free. We'll tell you honestly whether it's related to the first repair (covered) or a separate issue (fresh quote).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH. Invoices are emailed and stored in your account. Cash is not accepted — it protects both you and our technicians.

Washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves (built-in), and ice makers. All major brands, residential and light-commercial.

We service light-commercial units (single-door reach-ins, residential-style laundry in small buildings). Heavy commercial (walk-ins, industrial laundry) is outside our scope — we'll tell you on the phone so you don't waste a visit.

No. Cancel or reschedule any time before the technician arrives — no fee, no hassle. If we're already en route, a quick call helps us re-route.

What if the technician no-shows?

It shouldn't happen, and if it does we want to know. Email support and we'll investigate and make it right. Our dispatch logs every visit.
