Control complaints on an Elisii unit arrive as three things: an alarm, a code, and a panel that will not respond. The alarm is usually honest, the code usually names a sensor or a condition, and the unresponsive panel is usually a lock, fast-freeze or demo mode. What you are seeing

- Temperature sensor out of range — Less often, third: a sensor that has drifted makes the control act on a temperature the cabinet does not have, which produces codes, wrong displays and odd running.
The order of checks, and why
- Power down fully for a few minutes, then watch for a return — A code that comes straight back is live; one that does not was latched.
- Look for lock, demo and fast-freeze indicators and clear them — The manual gives the key combinations; they are usually long presses.
- Compare the display with a thermometer in the cabinet — A large disagreement points at the sensor rather than the cooling.
