ARTT Washer: Cycle Will Not Run or Complete
A washer that stops partway through is usually stuck at one of three gates: it cannot fill, it cannot drain, or it cannot balance the load for spin. Each of those halts the programme in a distinctive place, so the point in the cycle where the machine stops is a better clue than any code, and it is visible without opening anything. What the owner actually observes
- The machine stops early with the drum full of water.

Owner-safe checks
- Establish what this specific unit is. Read the data plate for the model, the serial and — importantly — the manufacturer or importer line, then work only from what that plate says. When to call a technician
The line is anything past the filters, hoses and load. Call if the machine still stops at the drain step after the filter and hose have been cleared. Call if it stops at a different point every time with no code, which suggests an intermittent lock or connection. Call if the door stays locked with the drum empty and the machine cold. Call if it never fills despite open taps and clear hoses and filters.
