ARTT Washer: Controls, Display or Error Code
A washer that flashes a code, refuses input or resets itself is usually reporting a condition outside the control — the door lock, the water level, a temperature sensor or the supply. Washer controls sit in the most electrically hostile part of a wet appliance, so they are also genuinely vulnerable to moisture and surges, which makes the pattern of the symptom important. The line is any test needing a meter inside the machine. Call if a code returns immediately after a full power cycle. Call if the door lock does not click when start is pressed. Call if the display is intermittent or shows partial characters, which suggests moisture or a connector. Call if several functions failed together after a power event.
