Replacing the board#
The board is mounted in the door between the inner and outer panels:
- Cut the breaker — these dishwashers are typically hardwired, not plugged in.
- Open the door and remove the 8-to-10 Torx T20 screws around the inner door edge.
- Separate the inner panel from the outer to reach the board at the top.
- Photograph every harness — Samsung boards have 6 to 10 connectors — and label them with tape.
- Disconnect all harnesses and the four mounting screws.
- Transfer the mounting bracket and thermal pads to the new board (DD92-00033C or the model equivalent).
- Reconnect per your photos, making sure the gasket between the panels seats properly to keep steam out, then reassemble and run a short cycle to confirm the display, buttons, and cycle all work.
