The short answer
Check the ventilation path through the furniture first: a clear plinth intake, a clear top outlet, and the gaps the installation drawing requires. Then check the seal and the condenser behind the plinth. A built-in freezer that cannot shed heat cannot hold temperature however sound the machine is.

Built-in appliances and frozen food
Safety
Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker before removing any panel - and on a built-in machine, find the isolating switch before you start, because the plug is often unreachable behind the furniture. A capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off. Keep a freezer at or below zero degrees Fahrenheit, do not refreeze food that has thawed above refrigerator temperature, and never chip ice with a sharp tool.
When to call
Call promptly when the vents are clear, the condenser is clean, the seal is good and the machine still cannot hold temperature, because a freezer full of food has a clock on it. Mention that the appliance is integrated when you book: removing a built-in machine from its housing takes longer and sometimes needs the decor panel off first.
