An ice complaint is a water-path complaint until proved otherwise, and the path is short enough to walk end to end without tools. On an Electrolux freezer the order that matters is this: "Freezer not cold enough to complete a harvest" first, then the rest of the list below. What you actually observe
- Ice production fell away as the cabinet filled — Airflow is being blocked. Note whether this is new or has always been there.
- The dispenser water is slow too — A shared supply problem points upstream of the ice maker.
- The machine cycles but no cubes appear — It is trying; the water is not arriving. On an Electrolux freezer this observation is worth writing down with the time it happens.

The order of operations on an Electrolux freezer starts with isolation. Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker before removing any panel. A capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off. Behind the panels of a cold cabinet there is a sealed refrigerant circuit, and nothing on it is an owner repair. Keep the cabinet upright while you move it, and get help with the lift instead of walking it on its corners. If you find oil on the tubing at the back, stop there: that is a sealed-system finding and it belongs to a technician.
