The short answer
Water under a dryer means a condensing machine, and the water it removed from the laundry has found a route other than the one intended. On an Electrolux dryer the order that matters is this: "A displaced condenser" first, then the rest of the list below. What this looks like
- Water at the bottom front of the cabinet — That is where the condenser access is. Note whether this is new or has always been there.
- The tank is never as full as it should be — Some of the water is going elsewhere.
- The washer leaves clothes dripping — The problem started upstream. This is one of the more useful things to tell a technician about an Electrolux dryer.
