Straight answer first
A Comfee CRV refrigerator that makes no ice is usually telling you the compartment is running warm, not that a motor died. Where a model does have an automatic ice maker, it is a compact module with a narrow fill path. That is why the checks below start with the cold rather than with the ice maker itself.

- Check the shut-off arm or sensor position — If the arm is held up by the bin, nothing downstream will ever run.
