Call once the vent is genuinely clear end to end and the machine still tumbles cold, because that means a thermal fuse has opened or the heating circuit has failed, and both need a meter. Tell the technician the duct has been cleared — a fuse replaced without clearing the restriction that opened it fails again within weeks, and a good technician will check the duct before fitting anything.
