The STW answer in short

What goes wrong here, most frequent first
- No supply at the outlet, the plug or the breaker — First, because it is the most common and the cheapest to rule out: a shared outlet, a tripped breaker, a plug not seated.
- A supply tap closed, so the machine waits instead of filling — It belongs here because taps get closed for unrelated plumbing work and never reopened, and because opening one costs nothing. It is ranked the same way on every STW model.
