The useful question about a Commercial Cool refrigerator is not what has broken but what has changed. - Sealed-system and compressor faults — Last and rarest. Mention it when you book a visit; it changes which parts a technician brings.
- Door switch and light faults — It is a small class with a disproportionate effect, because the heat source sits inside the insulation. This is the cause people skip, and skipping it is why the diagnosis takes three visits.
