The answer before the explanation
BougeRV groups all three models below under the PX label. They share a service layout, which is why one set of problem pages covers all of them, and why a fault that turns up on one model turns up on its siblings in much the same order.
The observable tells
- Condensation on the outside of the doors — Seals and room humidity, and it usually accompanies a cabinet that is running far longer than it used to. Start on the cooling page.
- The dispenser gives water but no ice — The supply is proved and the fault is at the mould, the harvest or the bin control. That is the second half of the PX ice page.
- A musty smell from the base with no visible water — The drain pan is overflowing slowly into the insulation. It routes to the water leak page before it becomes a floor problem.

- Blocked or frozen defrost drain — High by frequency and first by ease of repair: on most cabinets in this line it needs no parts and no panel.
- Temperature sensor reading wrong — It makes the control act on a number that is not true, which is why the symptom is erratic rather than steady.

What to do before you start
Safety
Disconnect power at the plug before reaching past the rear panel. A fan blade that looks stopped is only stopped because the door is open, and it will spin as soon as the switch closes.
Where the owner fix ends
Call if the fault came back within a season of the last repair. Ask for the previous part number and the previous diagnosis before the visit: the second technician saves an hour by not repeating the first one.
