Water Leak: the short answer
Water under a cold cabinet is normal water in the wrong place. Almost all of it is defrost condensate that should have gone to the drain pan and did not, so the diagnosis starts at the drain rather than at the plumbing. This page takes the same fault from the other end: the machine switched off, cold and opened up, where the mechanical, installation and wear causes are found. Unplug the cabinet before you remove any panel or reach behind the toe grille. The sealed system is under pressure and is not an owner-serviceable circuit: never cut, kink, braze or vent a refrigerant line, and never apply heat anywhere near one. A loaded cabinet is heavy and tips forward easily when it is walked out on its front rollers, so empty it first and pull it straight out with a helper rather than levering it on one corner.
