Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker before removing any panel — a capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off. A standard household branch circuit is 15 A or 20 A. Withdrawing a built-in dishwasher is not simply a matter of pulling: the supply, the water feed and the waste hose all run behind it and all are easily damaged. If the machine is holding water, it will be heavier and it will spill, so drain it before it is moved at all.
