The quick verdict
A blank panel on an Arctic Wind washer is usually the supply, and an unresponsive one is often the child lock. A machine that lights up and refuses to run is most often reporting that it cannot lock the door or cannot fill. Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker before removing any panel — a capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off. If a cycle has stopped with water in the drum, do not force the door: it is locked because there is water behind it, and the emergency drain hose behind the filter flap is the correct way to empty it. Have a shallow tray ready, because a drum holds far more water than the flap will let out at once.
Where the owner fix ends
Call when the supply is proven, no lock is set, a full power cycle has been given and the machine still refuses, because the door lock and the control now need measurement. Call promptly if the door is locked with water inside and the drain hose will not clear it, since leaving a full drum for days is unpleasant and the load will not survive it. If a board has already been replaced once and the behaviour returned, say so when booking.
