Frigidaire Refrigerator Ice Maker Recall 2021 — Water Overfill Flooding
Hazard: The ice maker water inlet valve can stick in the open position, continuously filling the ice maker tray until water overflows, running down the inside of the refrigerator and out onto the floor. This can cause significant water damage. Electrolux received 28 reports of flooding incidents.
Remedy: Free in-home replacement of the water inlet valve with an updated design. Electrolux dispatches authorized technicians. Repair takes approximately 30 minutes.
