The short answer
A leaking dishwasher is losing water at the door, at a hose connection or at the sump, and those three are found in completely different ways. On this machine the first suspect is fill or drain hose connection weeping.
What you observe
- Water at the front, below the door — The door seal, the door itself, or spray reaching the vent.
- Water at one front corner only — Points at the cabinet being out of level or a door out of square.
- Water under the middle of the machine — A hose connection or the sump, and it needs the machine pulled out.
- NEAR MISS — the leak is at the tap or the shut-off valve above the machine — That is plumbing rather than appliance, and the supply valve is where to start.
Causes, most likely first on a Shenzhen Eanxa Technology Co., Ltd dishwasher
- Fill or drain hose connection weeping — A drain hose clip that has slipped leaks only during the drain phase, which makes it hard to catch. Ranked first on a Shenzhen Eanxa Technology Co., Ltd dishwasher: connections are disturbed whenever the machine is moved, and they are the commonest post-installation leak.
- Too much detergent, or the wrong kind — Washing-up liquid in a dishwasher produces foam that walks straight out under the door.
- Door gasket hardened, displaced or dirty — The gasket runs around the tub opening and hardens with heat and age until it no longer compresses.
- Machine not level, or the door out of square — A dishwasher tipped forward carries its water to the door seal instead of away from it.
Check in this order, and why
- Dry every connection behind the machine, then run a cycle and look again — A joint that is wet again after being dried is the leak.
- Look at whether it is foam or clear water on the floor — Foam is detergent, not a fault.
- Run a finger round the gasket and look for hard, flattened or displaced sections — A gasket that has lost its spring no longer seals however hard the door shuts.
What an owner can safely check
- Shut the supply valve, dry the fill and drain connections completely, then run a short cycle and inspect with a torch — Note whether the water appears during fill or during drain — that alone identifies which hose is at fault.
Tools: torch, paper towelAbout 30 min
- Run a rinse cycle with no detergent, adding a spoon of oil or salt to the tub to break the foam — Repeat until the foam is gone, then use only dishwasher detergent at the dose on the packet.
Tools: cooking oil or saltAbout 25 min
- STOP HERE if the next step needs a panel off or a meter on live terminals — That is where the owner checks end and a service call begins, whatever the ranking says.
Before you open anything
Safety
Isolate the machine at its breaker or switch before opening the sump; a capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off, and sump water hides broken glass. Use a glove and a torch. Shut the supply valve before touching a hose connection. Never put weight on an open door — the hinges carry the door and the rack, and the cabinet is anchored to resist exactly that.
When to call a technician
Owner work here is the seal, the load, the levelling and the connections you can see. The sump, the heater seal and the pump seal are behind the machine and under the tub. Leave the supply valve shut until it is fixed. Expect no manufacturer service network: judge the repair on the cost of the part alone, and treat anything requiring a control board as a replace decision.

What this page does not cover
This page covers the Shenzhen Eanxa Technology Co., Ltd dishwasher as a class, not one family or model line. Where a family- or model-specific page exists for your unit it is linked above and it is the better answer — read it first. Deliberately not here: part numbers, wiring colours, panel removal order and torque figures, all of which differ between families under one nameplate.
