The short answer
Most washer noise is load and installation before it is a failed part: an unbalanced load, a machine that is not level, or shipping hardware still fitted will produce noise that sounds far more expensive than it is. The noise you hear tells you where to look, and the phase of the cycle it happens in narrows it further.
