The short answer
Check for contact between the appliance and its housing, the worktop and the neighbouring units before suspecting a component. Check the fixing brackets and the levelling inside the housing. Most integrated refrigerator noise is transmission, not failure.

Working on a built-in appliance
Safety
Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker before removing any panel - locate the isolating switch first on a built-in machine, because the plug is usually unreachable. A capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off. Keep the refrigerator at or below forty degrees Fahrenheit and the freezer at or below zero degrees Fahrenheit. Never bend or cut tubing behind the plinth, and support the appliance before loosening any bracket.
When to call
Call when there is no contact with the housing, the brackets are right, the appliance is level and a harsh or new noise remains - especially alongside a cooling change. Say the machine is integrated when booking: diagnosing noise usually means drawing it out of the housing, and that is most of the visit.
