The short answer
Cold or lukewarm wash water on a Contoure washer usually means the hot supply never arrived, not that a heating element failed, because many compact and combination units in this class take hot water from the coach water heater rather than heating it internally. Start at the water heater and the mixing valve. On a combination model, a failure to dry is a separate matter and belongs to the condensing circuit.

Call a technician when the coach hot water is proven hot at a nearby tap, the hot valve is open, the inlet screen is clean, the hottest cycle is selected with no eco options, and the wash is still cold.
