- Fill tube frozen solid at the mould end — Ranked first: Once a plug forms it grows with every cycle, so the failure appears sudden even though it built up for weeks. - Water inlet valve failing to open fully — Second: Sediment in the valve screen restricts the fill long before the valve fails outright, which is why cube size falls before production stops.

Sealed-system work — the compressor, the condenser and the lines between them — belongs to a licensed technician with recovery gear. When to call a technician
Call once the mould freezes hand-poured water but the valve still will not fill it: that is a valve or harness diagnosis, and it is made with a meter on an unplugged appliance.
