Which of these are owner-fixable
Anything involving refrigerant, mains wiring inside the unit, or a part behind a fixed panel is a service call instead of an homeowner job. A fault that is getting worse week by week is worth booking now instead of after it has taken something else with it.

Disconnect the cord before touching anything structural. The high-voltage section retains a charge after the power is gone, so the cover is a technician boundary and not an homeowner one. Door hardware is not adjustable by feel — a latch that has to be lifted, pushed or held is telling you the oven needs a technician before its next use.
