The short answer
Water under a freestanding Blomberg refrigerator is easy to trace because you can pull the cabinet out and look. Nearly always it is defrost meltwater that could not reach its drain, and the evaporation tray above the compressor is visible from the back once the cabinet is clear of the wall.
