The short answer
A Blomberg dryer is a condensing machine, and on the heat-pump models it deliberately runs at a much lower temperature than a vented dryer. Clothes that come out warm rather than hot are normal. Genuine heating failure on this platform is nearly always airflow: a lint filter and a second heat-exchanger filter that both have to be clear.
