The short answer
When a Blomberg dryer leaves laundry damp, the cause is almost always airflow or load size rather than the heater. Two filters and a heat exchanger have to be clear for a ventless machine to work at all, and a moisture sensor coated with fabric-softener film will end an auto cycle while the clothes are still wet.
