The short answer for AR models
Noise on an Avanti AR refrigerator sorts itself by where you hear it. A sound that lives at the back of the freezer compartment is the evaporator fan; a sound that lives low at the back of the cabinet is the condenser fan or the compressor; a sound that comes and goes with the water supply is the ice maker filling.
Symptoms, and the ones that mean something else
