The seal is a system: the gasket, the hinge, the level of the cabinet and what is stacked in the door. On an Anker unit all four are worth checking before a part is ordered. - Third: humid room making a normal seal look faulty — The position is deliberate: done earlier, the result would be ambiguous. Check whether the moisture is on the outside surface rather than at the seal line, on an Anker appliance of this kind.
