My exprience with Easy Bear was absolutely superior from the beginning. I had a Subzero decide to quit. Daniel assessed the issue immediately, ordered the required new " motherboard" and had it installed within three days. My prior replacement of said part took 5 months during Covid. Daniel is smart, professional, clearly knows his trade . I most definitely will use Easy Bear in the future.

We got off to both a good and somewhat rocky start. The technician was very flexible after some scheduling difficulties, and communication could have been better--perhaps on both sides. Where it really counts, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair it on the spot. I appreciate skill, and that part of the experience was excellent.We did run into a few technical issues processing payment (not their fault), and I had mentioned in advance that I would need to pay by credit card. When the bill came, it included a $14.77 processing fee, which had not been disclosed beforehand.Paying by credit card offers both convenience and consumer protection, though many vendors understandably prefer cash or lower-cost payment methods. Still, unexpected fees should be communicated in advance. Even when modest, surprise charges can leave the wrong impression.To their credit, the owner quickly addressed the concerns with the invoice and offered a refund. These seem like good people who know their trade. My recommendation would simply be to clarify pricing, fees, and what will appear on the invoice ahead of time so there are no surprises.

Daniel the technician came to diagnose what's causing our washing machine water overflowing. He didn't actually have to do anything to solve the issue, because as soon as he turned it back on, it began to work properly, but explained what the probable cause was. He was sincere and clear on the matter related to the situation. I wasn't charged for his visit as I was told ahead of time. Stanislav was also cordial arranging for all of the process. I will call them next time I need an appliance service without hesitation.

This is truly a level of service you rarely see in the appliance repair industry.First of all, booking a service was incredibly simple and fast: just a few minutes, everything was clear, and there were no unnecessary phone calls, back-and-forth questions, or the usual "we'll call you back sometime." It felt 10x faster and more convenient than most other companies, where everything depends on long calls and waiting.I also want to highlight the very convenient chat, where you can communicate easily and keep everything documented. On top of that, you can immediately see that they care about the customer experience: there is a button for a repeat technician call, and what impressed me the most -- a "Create a Claim" button. Yes, that may sound unusual, but to me it actually shows a high level of service: when a company provides a clear and transparent way to resolve issues in advance, it shows confidence, accountability, and real commitment to quality.The repair service itself has not been completed yet, but even at the booking and communication stage, the experience has already been excellent. If the actual repair goes as smoothly, this will definitely become my go-to service.
