The short answer
A KingsBottle wine or beverage cabinet that runs and still reads warm is usually fighting its surroundings: a glass door in a warm room or in sun, or a second zone quietly set to a cellar temperature. Causes, most likely first on a KingsBottle refrigerator

Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker before removing any panel — a capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off. Attempt nothing on the sealed system: it is under pressure and the work is licensed. Leave the door switch wired as it is; it cuts the fan for a reason. A tall cabinet is heavy and top-loaded, so get help before pulling one out.
When to call a technician
Call once the seals, the coil, the clearance and the setting are proven good and it still will not hold temperature — that points inside, where owner checks end. Call immediately for oil at the compressor or tubing, or a smell of burning: oil outside the pipework means the system is open. Parts are ordered against the model on the rating plate, and the glass door and its gasket are the items that most often need one.
