The short answer
Water in a KimchiMama kimchi cabinet usually comes from condensate that could not reach its drain, or from a container that is not sealed. Check the drain hole and the containers before treating it as a fault: these cabinets hold a lot of moisture by design. Causes, most likely first on a KimchiMama refrigerator
- Door not sealing, so humid air keeps coming in — Id: doorseal — Every bit of warm air that gets past a tired gasket arrives with moisture, and that moisture becomes the water you are mopping up. It ranks first here because it is both the commonest finding on this kind of unit and the cheapest one to rule out. - Find the small drain hole at the back of the compartment — A plug of ice or a label across it is the whole fault. Second because its cause ranks second above.
- Note whether it happens only in humid weather — That timing identifies condensation without any other test. Third because its cause ranks third above.

When to call a technician
Call when the drain has been cleared, the seal proven and the cabinet levelled and water keeps returning — at that point the leak is behind a panel or on the supply side. Call immediately if the water is coming from a fitting rather than from inside: that leak does not stop by itself and it damages a floor while you decide.
