The short answer
A compact Kalorik cabinet that runs without cooling is most often placed or loaded in a way that defeats it: too little clearance behind, a warm corner, a door not quite closing. Causes, most likely first on a Kalorik refrigerator
- Condenser coil cannot shed its heat — Id: condenser — The coil is where the heat pulled out of the box is meant to go. Choked with dust, or pressed against a wall with no air moving past it, that heat stays in the room and comes straight back in. Compact cabinets get pushed against a wall or into a cubby, and the specified clearance is exactly what goes missing. Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker before removing any panel — a capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off. Attempt nothing on the sealed system: it is under pressure and the work is licensed. Leave the door switch wired as it is; it cuts the fan for a reason. A tall cabinet is heavy and top-loaded, so get help before pulling one out.
