The short answer
A Kalamera wine or beverage cabinet that runs and still reads warm is usually fighting its surroundings: a glass door in a warm room or in sun, or a second zone quietly set to a cellar temperature. Check which zone you are reading before assuming anything has failed, then work down the list. Causes, most likely first on a Kalamera refrigerator

First on a glass door: it is the weakest thermal part of the box, and a gasket that has taken a set leaks all day. Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker before removing any panel — a capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off. Attempt nothing on the sealed system: it is under pressure and the work is licensed. Leave the door switch wired as it is; it cuts the fan for a reason. A tall cabinet is heavy and top-loaded, so get help before pulling one out.
When to call a technician
Call once the seals, the coil, the clearance and the setting are proven good and it still will not hold temperature — that points inside, where owner checks end. Call immediately for oil at the compressor or tubing, or a smell of burning: oil outside the pipework means the system is open. Parts come through the seller, and the door gasket, the fan and the control board are the items normally offered.
