The short answer
Water inside a small Joy Pebble cabinet is almost always condensate that could not reach its drain hole: the hole at the back of the compartment blocks with a label, a crumb or a plug of ice, and the water then runs forward. Check that hole first — it is a five-minute job with no tools. Because these usually stand in a tight spot, the space around the unit is worth checking before anything inside it.

Causes, most likely first on a Joy Pebble refrigerator

Check in this order, and why
- Find the small drain hole at the back of the compartment — A plug of ice or a label across it is the whole fault. First because it is the top-ranked cause above and costs nothing.
- Close the door on a strip of paper and pull — It should drag everywhere; where it slides free is where the moisture comes in. Second because its cause ranks second above.
- Put a level on the cabinet floor and check its feet — Water follows the slope, so the slope has to be right. Third because its cause ranks third above.

Water and electricity share this cabinet: switch it off at the breaker before mopping anything behind or underneath it, and never reach behind a wet panel with the power on. Close the supply valve before touching any water fitting. Clear a frozen drain with warm water only — never with a sharp tool, which will puncture the liner and turn a free fix into a new cabinet.
When to call a technician
Call when the drain has been cleared, the seal proven and the cabinet levelled and water keeps returning — at that point the leak is behind a panel or on the supply side. Call immediately if the water is coming from a fitting rather than from inside: that leak does not stop by itself and it damages a floor while you decide. Parts come through the seller, and on a cabinet this size the cost of a sealed-system repair is normally more than the cabinet.
