The short answer

The cabinet is heavy, so get help before pulling it out and watch the water line behind it.
When to call a technician
Call once the defrost, the coil, the fan and the seal are all clean and the cabinet still will not hold temperature, because what is left is a sealed system or a control diagnosis and both mean a panel off. Call at once if you see oil at the compressor or smell anything burning: oil outside the tubing means the system is open, and every hour it runs after that costs more to put right.
