The short answer
Most new refrigerator noises come from something that moves rather than from the sealed system: a fan, a roller of ice, a cabinet that is rocking. What you actually observe

- The nameplate on the door does not match the parts list you found — One chassis is sold under several names, so the badge is a poor guide to what is actually inside it.
- NEAR MISS: a hum with a click every few minutes and no cooling at all — That is a start relay or compressor fault, and it belongs on the page for a unit that is not cooling.
The causes, most likely first on this brand
- Debris against the condenser fan behind the plinth or at the back — A cardboard strip, a bag or a dust mat at the lower fan makes a slapping noise that is easy to find and quick to fix. Call once the cabinet stands firm, the grille is clear and the ice is gone and the noise is still there, because the next steps are a fan replacement behind a sealed panel or a compressor diagnosis. Call at once for a loud metallic grinding from the compressor area or any noise that comes with a burning smell, and switch the unit off first.
