The short answer
Most of the time on a Eurodib refrigerator this comes down to one of two findings: the gasket has taken a set, torn or lost its magnet, or a dirty or sticky gasket surface. - Second: Run a finger along the sealing face and the frame it meets. — Next, and it needs no tool.
- Third: Stand back and look at the gap along the closed door — it should be even from top to bottom on both sides. — Only once the checks above are clean.

When this becomes a service call
Call a technician when the paper test still fails after cleaning and levelling, when the door has visibly dropped, or when a replacement gasket has not fixed a seal that keeps failing in the same place — that pattern is a hinge or a cabinet fault rather than a rubber one. Call sooner if the cabinet has also started running continuously, because the door has already begun costing you the compressor.
