No heat on a Euhomy machine narrows quickly. Either the heating element or its relay has failed, a thermistor is reporting a temperature the water never reached, or the machine is being fed cold water on a cycle too short to heat it.
How the fault presents

- No steam when the door is opened at the end — A healthy hot cycle releases visible vapour as soon as the door cracks.
- NEAR MISS: only the top rack comes out poorly done — Uneven results with normal heat is a spray or loading fault.
What is usually behind it, in order
- Fed from a cold supply with a short cycle selected — The leading cause here: higher here than on a mainstream brand because this badge sells online with no dealer network behind it: a machine plumbed to cold and run on eco or quick simply has no time to reach temperature.
- Board not switching the heat phase — Next in order: it is less common than the element itself.
- Heating element or its relay has failed — Third: the element sits in the sump, it cycles every wash, and when it opens the machine carries on washing cold rather than stopping.
What to test first, second, third
- Run the longest hot cycle the machine offers, empty — If the door is hot to the touch at the end, the heating circuit works and the fault was the cycle.
- Leave the switching test to a technician — This is a live measurement at the relay and the element terminals, which is not an owner check.
- Confirm the symptom precisely before anything else — A full hot cycle that ends cold, with no steam and an undissolved tablet, is the evidence a technician needs to go straight to the element circuit.

- Run the longest hot cycle empty and feel the door at the end — A warm door and visible steam means heat is happening.
