Dishes coming out dirty or wet from an Elisii appliance is usually a water-flow problem rather than a broken machine: blocked filters, a spray arm that cannot turn and overloading account for most of it. Separate the two complaints first, because dirty and wet have almost nothing in common mechanically.
What you are seeing
- Gritty deposits left on the bottom rack — Soil that was washed off and put back, which is a filter and drain symptom.
- Plastics wet, china dry at the end — Residual-heat drying behaving normally: plastics hold less heat.
- Greasy feel on plastics after a full cycle — Grease needs heat; cool water leaves a film the eye calls dirt.
- Detergent tablet found whole in the base — The dispenser never opened, or the water never dissolved it.
- NEAR MISS: the cycle stops part-way and leaves standing water — That is a cycle or drain fault, and the results are a side effect.
Likely causes in order of odds
- Low water pressure, a kinked fill hose or a cold-only supply — Most likely on this platform: these machines are installed by whoever unboxes them, and a fill restricted by a kinked hose or a half-open service valve starves the spray without producing any error.
- Filter, sump and spray arms fouled — Next in order: it is the cause that best explains grit on the lower rack, it needs no tools, and it is the cheapest thing on the list to rule out.
- Overloading, shadowing and the wrong cycle — Third: water travels in straight lines, so a plate leaning across a jet protects everything behind it, and eco cycles are short on both heat and time.

- Check the service valve is fully open and the hose is not kinked — A restricted fill gives a weak spray, long cycles and poor results with nothing actually broken.
- Pull the filter, clear the sump, spin both arms by hand — Arms should turn freely and every jet should be clear.
- Reload the machine deliberately and run the full cycle — Nothing blocking the arms, nothing nested, cutlery separated.
