The short answer
Noise on the Costway EP washer family is best diagnosed by cycle step. Banging during the spin is balance or suspension; grinding during the drain is the pump; a rumble that rises with spin speed and never goes away is the bearing. Those three lead to completely different outcomes.

When to call a technician
