The short answer
On the Cixi Feilong AMB washer line, watch one cycle from the front and note where it stalls. Nothing else on this page is as informative, and it turns a vague complaint about the machine into a specific one about a step. The single tag in the matrix below has wildcard positions in it, which means it covers a group of finishes rather than one machine. They share the platform, so they share this fault.
What you can observe on these models
- The cycle time counts up rather than down — The machine is adding time to redistribute a load or to finish a fill. It is a symptom of a condition, not of a broken timer.
- It stops with water in the drum and the clothes soaked — The spin never happened, and the usual reason is that the drain step did not complete first.
- It stops early and the clothes are barely wet — A fill that never completed. Look at the taps, the hoses and the inlet screens before anything else.
- NEAR MISS — the machine will not start the cycle at all — That is a no-start rather than a cycle fault, and the lock and the supply are the place to look instead.
Causes, most likely first on this family
- An unbalanced load the machine keeps trying to correct — First, and the easiest to prove: open the door, redistribute by hand, and restart at the spin step. A machine that then finishes normally has answered the question.
- A drain restriction stopping the spin step — Second. The machine will not spin on top of standing water, so a partly blocked filter or a kinked hose presents as a cycle that stalls near the end rather than as a drainage complaint. The two faults share a cause and look different from the front.
- A slow or incomplete fill — Third, and common in hard-water areas where the small screens at the valve silt up gradually over years.
- A door lock or lid switch that is intermittent — Fourth. A lock that confirms at the start and drops out later stops the cycle mid-program, often at the transition into spin, and it looks like a control fault because the machine simply halts.
- The control board, a motor sensor or the drive — Last, and a diagnosis of exclusion. Reaching it means the load, the drain, the fill and the lock were all accounted for.
Check in this order, and why
- Note exactly where the cycle stops — Fill, wash, drain or spin. The step is the diagnosis, and a complaint that does not include it cannot be narrowed by anyone.
- Open the drain filter — A machine that will not spin because it has not drained is a blockage wearing a timing costume. This check takes minutes and it removes the second most common cause.
- Check the taps, the hoses and the inlet screens — A slow fill stretches or abandons a cycle, and it leaves the laundry barely wet. Both taps fully open and a hose with no kink in it are the baseline.

Safety
Disconnect power at the plug or the breaker before any panel comes off; a capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off. Do not force a locked door on a machine that still holds water — the lock is holding it for that reason. Drain through the filter first, expect the water to be dirty and possibly hot, and dry the floor before restoring power.

When to call a technician
Everything that needs no tools is yours: rebalancing, the filter, the taps and the hoses. The service line starts where the machine has to be watched with a meter — an intermittent lock, a speed sensor, or a board that halts without a reason. A machine that is banging hard enough to move across the floor should be taken out of service until it is looked at.
