The short answer

Causes, most likely first on this brand
- A clogged filter — First on any dishwasher. The filter keeps food out of the circulating water, and once it is loaded the machine washes with dirty water for the whole cycle.
- Blocked or obstructed spray arms — Second. Jets block with seeds, labels and scale, and a tall item stopping an arm leaves a whole zone unwashed while the rest comes out clean.
- Loading that blocks the spray — Third. Nested bowls and pans laid flat shield everything behind them, which looks exactly like lost pressure.

Call when the filter is clean, both spray arms turn freely with clear jets, the loading is sensible and dishes still come out dirty across the whole machine. That points at the wash pump or the heater. Note anything the console displayed during the failing cycle, because on a freestanding machine that information is visible and genuinely useful to a technician.
