The short answer
A Blaze outdoor refrigerator that will not hold temperature is almost always losing a heat battle: a blocked or badly built island vent, a condenser matted with debris, or direct sun on the door through the hottest part of the day. Call when the condenser and cavity are clear, the island vents are open, the door seals, the unit is shaded, and it still cannot hold temperature through the afternoon. Call the installer rather than a technician if the island was built without the specified vent openings, because that is construction rather than appliance work. A condenser that stays cold while the compressor runs points at the sealed system.
