The short answer
Water inside a Beko F cabinet is the cooling surface shedding more than the drain can take. The single code carries no water connection, so nothing is plumbed and nothing can burst - and on a design where the rear wall is the cooling surface, everything that wall sheds has to leave through one small hole at its base.
What you observe
- Water pooling in or under the crisper — The drain hole at the base of the rear wall is blocked.
- A trickle running down the rear wall and onto a shelf — The trough is full and water is finding its way out before it reaches the hole.
- Water on the floor at the front — The overflow escaping under the door.
- Water on the floor behind the cabinet — The tube off its spigot or the tray out of position.
- NEAR MISS - water inside and the cabinet also warm — A cabinet that has stopped cooling is thawing; the cooling page comes first.
Causes, most likely first on this family
- Blocked drain hole at the base of the rear wall — First on this platform, and it blocks sooner here because the drain works on every cycle rather than occasionally.
- Cabinet set too cold — Second. A wall held below freezing builds a layer that later thaws all at once, which the hole cannot pass.

- Clear the hole with warm water poured slowly — Third, with the cabinet unplugged, repeating rather than probing.
- Check the setting before you finish — Fourth, because a wall held below freezing will keep overwhelming the drain.

Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker before removing any panel. A capacitor can hold a charge after the power is off. Mop before working: water on a hard floor beside a live appliance is a shock risk. Never clear a drain hole with a metal probe, because on this design the cooling circuit runs immediately behind the liner at that point.

When to call a technician
